I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism and craftsmanship of Leo at Sir Grout! He steam cleaned, color sealed, epoxy grouted and recaulked my master bath for a reasonable price and in less time than originally quoted. Before he started, Leo walked me through the entire process, then he called me upstairs whenever he exited one phase to move on to the next. Mike, the General Manager, was also a pleasure to work with.
From beginning to end, the experience was great. The job was reasonably priced and completed in a timely manner. Ed, the technician, explained everything before, during and after. He's a perfectionist!
